Without making this harder than it should be, here are the agreement terms for our referral partner program.

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the REFERRAL PARTNER Program with A-Line Computer Solutions. In this agreement, “Referral Partner” refers to you, the applicant. “A-LCS” refers to A-Line Computer Solutions. A-LCS will provide the unique Referral ID of Referral Partner. This code will be used to track commission accruals for compensation.

A-LCS will pay Referral Partner a commission of 15% of the selling price of each item that is purchased by a consumer and/or of the Net Sales Price of products sold by A-LCS to customers. An additional incentive commission bonus could be paid if the Referral Partner sales value reaches an amount set by A-LCS. Commission is not calculated on any other order charges including Sales tax, shipping and handling. Payment of commission is made via company check from A-LCS. Referrals are tracked individually and an account statement will be provided with your payment.

Commission Compensation: Shall be payable, net of any obligations due to A-LCS by the partner, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of payment by company. All earned commission balances will be paid quarterly at January 1, April 1, June 1, and September 1 EXCEPT commission’s balances totaling less than $25.00. Earned commissions totaling less than $25.00 will be held for additional months until minimum payment exceeds $25.00. Commissions earned that are greater than $100.00 will be paid MONTHLY. All payments will be made by check in US$.

Referral Fee Calculation: Products sold by A-LCS that are purchased by consumers will qualify you to earn referral fees. Customers must sign contract, work order, and/or change order and submit that order by using the A-LCS purchasing system managed by the accounting department. All products purchased by the customer without tracking number will not qualify.

Returns and Cancellations: If a A-LCS product purchased under this program is later returned by the customer, its referral fee will be deducted from the next payment sent to the Participant.

Order Processing: A-LCS will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer, provided under the program. Customers will use the A-LCS purchasing system for order processing. Order, payment processing, cancellations, and related customer service are the responsibility of A-LCS.

Prices on all items are at the discretion of A-LCS and are subject to change. A-LCS sets purchasing policies and may change items, their price and all other information regarding them at any time. Referral Partners should refrain from quoting static or fixed pricing.

A-LCS cannot guarantee the availability or price of any product as available and pricing can change frequently. A-LCS will present the best information available. A-LCS reserves the right to disqualify any Referral Partner from this program at any time. This agreement may be terminated with 7 days written notice from one party to the other. Any commissions due Referral Partner at the time of termination to be paid in accordance with this agreement. The existence of the relationship by and between Referral Partner and A-LCS may be freely disclosed by either party. A-LCS reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion, without notice other than by posting a new agreement on the A-LCS website and/or in printed material. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New Jersey.
