Donna Dickens has been working in the Telecommunication industry for 9 years. She holds a bachelors degree in Communication and business. Industry experience includes Sales Representative for I.G.C Inc. Operation of on-line paperless bid system (ACAS) Advanced Contract Administration System with SBC (Southwestern Bell), in outside plant operation, and Ameritech Telecomm, Engineering. Working for FDOA in Management, coordination, implementation of grant for the FDOA from the Department of Education. Coordination for all office and field work. Technical training on the MACS 3000 (Modular automatic Cable Test System), Presentation and Implementation of bid packages for the MACS 3000 (training in Austin with 3M systems) Training and operation of multiple computer Programs (Excel, Word, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, PageMaker, photo Shop, word Perfect, Etc.) Prior to joining the Telecommunication industry Donna owned and operated a small business.

Mr. Broadway has been working in the telecommunication business for 40 years. He entered the United States Air Force in 1956 and trained extensively in communications receiving the USAF outstanding performance award in technical Communication Splicing school. Mr. Broadway worked in the contract communications field in, all the continental U.S. states and internationally in Mexico & Saudi Arabia. His cable experience includes: cable splicing, Fiber Optic, Coaxial, Video, armored, Marine, Lead, Stalpath, PIC, DSL, VDSL, retro-fit cross-boxes, pressurization & airdryer, I & R and cable maintenance. Mr. Broadway worked for such companies as: Starline Communication, Centel Business System, Wilco Inc., Microtel, Walker Splicing, Alqahtani Fish E&T;, Dial, Henkle & McCoy, Central Tele, Power Engineering, GTE/Wisconsin, GTE Ohio, United Telephone, NASU Marshall Space Flight Center –Huntsville AL, McDonald Douglas, North Western Univ. Chicago, Parish Island Marine Base, UAB Birmingham Al, Qwest, Verizon, Volt, IGC Inc. Splice CO International, NY Telephone, Centel Advance Systems, Kennedy Space Center Cape Canaveral.

C.W. Broadway owned and operated of C..W. Broadway Inc. for 15 years, an independent contracting cable splicing company, until retirement in 1999. Mr. Broadway re-entered the work force as Vice President of BCE Cable in 2002 an continues to enjoy the challenge of today’s newest technologies.

Daniel Dickens has been working in the industry for 12 years. As a independent contractor cable splicer working for companies such as C.W. Broadway Inc., Sprint, Volt, Henkle and McCoy, I.G.C. Inc., Splice Co International, Globe Communication, CDTS, Talla-Comm. He experience includes Coaxial, Video, Armored Lead and Stalpath, P.I.C., Fiber, DSL, VDSL, T1/Hi-Cap extensive background in underground and aerial, cutover splicing and cable maintenance, the building and testing of span lines, C-Splicing, installation and maintenance.

Daniel holds multiple certificates and qualifications in telecommunication training and equipment. As well as a military background in Firefighting.

Dave BroadwayVice President of Regional Operations

Dave Broadway has been working in the Telecommunication Industry since 1987 as an independent contractor. He excelled in all outside plant construction, cable splicing, engineering and cable maintenance, aerial and underground, Fiber Splicing, DSL, VDSL, T1/Hi-cap, installation & maintenance, Coaxial, Video, Armored Lead and Stalpath, P.I.C., cutover splicing and cable maintenance, the building and testing of span lines, C-Splicing. Working for such companies as: CDI, IGC, US Utilities, Globe, Public Service Telephone, TEI, Verizon, Qwest.

Dave Broadway has extensive experience working on Military project for such companies as: General Dynamics, Volt Telcom, Select Communication, CDTS. As well as an Military Service background from 1982 to 1987 in the United States Airforce.

Larry HerrinTechnical Site Manager

Larry Herrin has been in the telephony industry for 12 yr. As an independent contractor he has performed the tasks of I+R tech for residential and commercial, Cable/splicer, Voice/data installer for commercial buildings and military bases, VDSL installer for residential, assisted in installation of T1 to E1 conversion units. Site prep supervisor for d-slams, installation of d-slams cable placement and spliced to d-slam and x-box plus x-box change-outs. As a subcontractor Larry has worked for I.G.C, GTE, Splice CO, Qwest, CW Broadway Inc, Contel, Select Communications, Sprint, MSG and Verizon.

Debra JohnsonFacilities Manager & Quality Control

Debra Johnson has been in Telecom Industry for 4 yrs she has preformed the jobs of I+R installer, Voice-data installer for commercial and military buildings, Warehouse Manager Inventory Manager, Quality Field Inspector of ped-restorations.As a sub contractor she has worked for IGC, GTE, Qwest, Pro-Tel, Splice Co., C.W. Broadway Inc. and GTE.

Maria Victoria Broadway Accounting & Payroll

Vickie Broadway has been working in the Telecom Industry for 15 years. Performing in the field as a cable technician. As well as the Secretary Treasure for C.W. Broadway Inc. handling accounting and payroll until retirement. She has rejoined the work force and is a welcome addition to the BCE team.
