We are committed to doing business in an honest, simple, friendly way – the way we ourselves like to be treated. That’s also the kind of customers we’re want.

Policies and Ordering Information

1. All instruments are subject to prior sale. We update our online list of available instruments as often as possible. However, some are one-of-a-kind instruments and may already be sold. To check on current availability:

3. Three-day trial

• We will ship to you any instrument in stock on approval so that you can try it out without an obligation to purchase it, for a three-day trial period in your home. Here is how it works:

a. You call, fax (662-620-0787) or E-mail us to reserve the instrument and advise us your preferred shipping method. The price of the instrument, as well as shipping/insurance charges, will be calculated and agreed upon before the order is processed. We will also need the following information:

• Your name.

• Billing address of your credit card and shipping address if different than the billing address.

• Telephone number and Fax number if available.

• E-mail address if available.

• The instrument(s) you will to purchase.

• Method of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and money orders.

b. You send or transfer the amount of the instrument plus shipping and insurance cost to BSG.

c. We will insure and ship the instrustment to you. You have three days, including the day it arrives, to let us know if you do not plan to keep the instrument.

d. You return the instrument the same way we shipped it to you. You pay the freight.

e. When the instrument is delivered back to BSG in the same condition it was shipped, your refund (less the original shipping/insurance costs) will be issued.

f. Items shipped out of Mississippi are not subject to our collecting the sales tax.

Used instrument warranty

Used instruments purchased from us are guaranteed to remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions include consignment instruments (which are not owned by us, but are sold by us on commission for private individuals) and those in “as-is” condition. We will repair any guaranteed instrument if found to be defective within the warranty period.

The following are not included in our guarantee: checked finishes (which are the result of extreme temperature and/or humidity changes), and damage resulting from abuse, accident, or improper use. We strongly recommend use of a humidifier in your stringed instruments, particularly during the dry winter months.
