To receive a membership package, we may ask for the child’s full name, home address, and birthday. However, we need parental consent before we can collect this information, and we will never ask for a full name or home address online. We would provide a registration form which must be printed out, filled out by hand, and mailed to us with a parent or guardian’s signature.

Please remember that all requests must be sent from the parent or guardian’s email address provided during registration, so we can verify the identity of the parent.
