. Q. How often should one clean their pebble tech or pool tiles? A. Aqua Masters recommends once a year if build up is present.
Q. Does one need to drain the entire pool? A. Absolutely not, simply drain or backwash your pools as you normally do. Approximately 24 inches below the buildup line to avoid the drainage fee. Aqua Masters will set your automatic filler at job completion to refill your pool back to its normal h2o level.
Q. Can Aqua Masters clean “natural looking” water features? (waterfalls) A. Yes, with care, rocks and other features are gently cleaned.

Q. What does Aqua Masters do to prevent build up once the tiles are cleaned? A. Aqua Masters applies a protective sealant to your tiles after cleaning. This will slow down the build up with regular applications. First application lasts about six months.
Q. Can Aqua Masters clean custom “flag stone” tiles or pool decks? A. No, No, No did I mention NO yet? Aqua Masters does not recommend any kind of pressure (air or otherwise) to be applied to flag or sand stone. The porous nature of these types of stone does not allow the use of much force for cleaning purposes. The stone is simply too delicate and will flake or chip away easily.
