First you must understand that all Photos, Graphics,  and Animations are all “PICTURES” Photographs     are saved in formats such as      bmp,  tif,   jpg etc. Animated Signatures      are saved in a format called gif , and if they are saved in any other format they will not move but become static. So much for the basics. SAVINGFirst I would suggest you make a place to save them which is easy to find again when you want to use them. To do this Right click on your desktop and choose “New” then “Folder.” Now right click on this folder and choose “RENAME”  and type in the name “ANIMATIONS”. Now when you are sent an animated signature, RIGHT CLICK on it and choose SAVE PICTURE AS .Then in the box that comes up go to the top , where it says SAVE IN click on the small black arrow at the right hand end.  Now click on DESKTOP and then on you new folder “ANIMATIONS”, next look down the bottom and type in a name , Gwen, Gwen2, Gwen3, etc . Now the most important part Right at the bottom it says”SAVE AS TYPE”Click on the small black arrow and choose GIF. You should now have it saved as a GIF file.

USING YOUR SIGNATURE

Now to use it start your message as usual and in the body of your message click the cursor Now all you have to do is click on INSERT on your tool bar and choose PICTURE . Then in the box that comes up click on BROWSE and in the new box click on the small black arrow and browse until you find your New Folder “ANIMATIONS”  then double click on the signature and it should then be on you e-mail. Next , you can adjust its size if you click once on the picture itself, this will bring up a frame around it with small squares at the corners, if you click on one of these squares and hold down the mouse you will be able to drag the frame to the size you want.
