Dear Mr. Andors,

Thank you for all that you did for me while I made one of the most important decision in my life thus far. During the entire process, you were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, responsive, and aggressive (for which my situation purely called). In addition, through it all, you were tons of fun, very personable, and made buying my first home a completely enjoyable experience!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think that on my first day of looking, I would be competing against another potential buyer for a condominium that I just could not live without. When I walked into the condo, I knew that it was the one and realized that although I had not shopped for a home very long, there was no point to looking further. However, after you immediatly called the real estate agent representing the seller, I found out that there was another contract on the condo. Although I wanted to compete with the other potential buyer, I thought there was no possibility to drawing up a contract until the following week since it was already well into a Friday night and I was leaving shortly for a long weekend. I became very disappointed. But after you made a quick few phone calls and rearranged your schedule, we got to work and you had no intentions of leaving until all the necessary work was done so that I had a fair chance in getting my condo! In the end, the seller chose my contract and I am currently a proud owner of a beautiful home. Had it not been for your quick action and dedication to a client, I might still be looking for that perfect place!

Again, thank you! In the future, once the husband, kids, dogs, cars, etc. come along and I decide that I need a bit more space, expect a call from me. In addition, I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that I know looking for his or her dream home! So expect some knocking at your door.
