RE: Louis Andors, Weichert Realtors
When I suddenly needed to sell my parents’ house due to a series of unforeseen health catastrophes I needed to find a good Realtor in short order. My parents’ neighbors recommended Louis Andors as a very able Realtor and one who lived in the neighborhood where the prospective property was located. Their recommendation meant a lot as they are respected professionals who were extraordinarily kind to my parents.
Louis Andors made a great first impression as he had obviously prepared his research and marketing strategy well. We had recently sold another property with another major company that was not nearly as polished in presentation. We felt that this polished presentation would carry over into introductions to prospective purchasers as well.
Louis had to surmount some significant obstacles before the house was in prime marketing condition. He provided us with the name of a contractor who served us well on a range of minor yet significant cosmetic projects around the house. Another contractor took care of the carpet replacement. All of the logistical aspects of this contact work were handled by Louis, taking a significant burden off our shoulders at a time of significant stress.
Louis held an open house once the house had i’s make-over and brought in significant prospective buyer traffic. From this open house Louis found a buyer. After a significant and tense set of pricing counters we were able to come to terms on the sale of the house. The buyer was fairly hard nosed and particular, making Louis’s life quite difficult as he shielded us from dealing with what were some excessive detailed demands for the final agreement of sale. All in all, we were very satisfied with Louis’s performance as this was an especially difficult time for us, and we felt comfortable unloading some of the difficult decisions in getting the house ready for sale and finally marketing the house. We would highly recommend Louis Andors for anyone’s future real estate transactions.
Sincerely,
