Most Tours require less than 2 hours to shoot and we’ll tailor your Tour Appointment Time to your schedule. To make an appointment, please call us at (954) 401-1199. Or, use our Online Form at the right, and we’ll call you.

During our first phone call, we’ll answer the questions you have regarding our Virtual Tours. We’ll also ask you about your business, your advertising needs and your current website. We’ll ask whether you prefer Audio and/or a Tour Flyer in PDF format associated with your Tour. If you would prefer to meet prior to us photographing your Property or business, our Office Hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

All Appointments to photograph your property require a non-refundable Deposit.

When we arrive, we’ll set-up our equipment, professionally photograph your location and provide you with your unique Tour ID Number. Then, we’ll begin processing your images and building your Custom Virtual Tour. For your convenience, your Tour ID Number will be given to you on one of our Business Cards; stored in a Rolodex near your computer, you’ll easily refer to your Tour and call us if you have any questions.

Review Your Tour OnlineWithin 24 hours, we’ll call you and present your interactive Resort, Property or Business Tour. You will also receive an email with a link to your Tour. You will need the Unique Tour ID we provided you. Upon your approval, we will provide you or your webmaster with the Links necessary to view your Tour from your own website at no additional charge. Links and Tour IDs are included in every Tour we produce.

Full payment is rendered upon completion of Tour Build.
