Order PolicyOnce an order is made, changes such as homespun color choice, or othe color choices may be made prior to the ship date. You will be notified to confirm these changes before the items are shipped. Any changes that affect the shipping cost will be added to the bill, and must be paid prior to shipping.Payment PolicyPayments accepted are check, money order,C.O.D., and credit card payments through PAYPAL. Orders using the check or money order method of payment, will not be shipped until pyment is received. There will be a 25.00 fee for returned checks.Return PolicyReturns are made for damaged goods only. Because each item is handmade with real wood there will be no two items the are “exactly” the same. On the rare occasion that an item has been damaged during shipping, you must follow the notification policy of the shipper. The same item will be replaced at no cost, once the item has been recieved by us. At this time our websites shipping settings are for residential delivery.Shipping PolicyAll orders are shipped within 3 days of ordering, unless it is a custom order. In cases of custom orders. you will recieve an immediate response when your order is recieved, followed by a confirmation email with the approximate ship date.We prefer to ship items through UPS, but you may choose any carrier you wish. If there are problems with the shipping portion of the website, you will be notified of the added cost of shipping through UPS, or other carrier. If you are recieving a wholesale order or are recieving the order at your business, please in form us as soon as you recieve your confirmation email. We will adjust the shipping and payments accordingly.Wholesale PricingThere is a 12 item minimum to receive wholesale pricing. The Wholesale pricing has not yet been configured for the web. You may either place an order and choose the payby check function or email us for a quote or catalog. If you choose to “pay by check” we will forward you the wholesale pricing for the items you have selected and a new payment link for your choice of payment methods
