  • Designed and developed a complaint-tracking database for Human Resources, used to record employee complaints.

  • Designed and developed a broker tracking database to keep track of approved brokers. Added a growing comment section that allowed employees to share information about a specific broker.

  • Developed an application in Visual Basic 5.0 using Notes as the backend database. The application would select a set number of random names from a Notes contact database and return them to the list.

  • Assisted in designing and developing creating a Timesheet database used company wide to track permanent and contract employers’ time. Using dynamic tables, users would enter their daily or weekly time worked. The timesheet would be routed electronically to the employee’s manager for approval.

  • Supported and maintained existing Notes workflow applications and resolving ongoing issues.
