Phillips River/Aaron Rapids:

Our journey begins by traveling to a pebble beach in Bute Inlet and spend the morning combing the beach and relaxing in the surf. At this time we offer anyone who wishes to try fishing for cod, or rockfish an opportunity to hold a rod and land a fish.

We then travel into the Aaron Rapids, which is a narrow passage that the rising and falling of the tides creates large whirlpools and riptides, where there are numerous Eagles and Gulls filling up on the baitfish that are stunned going through these currents.

After passing through Aaron Rapids we journey up the Phillips River where we search for Grizzly Bears, Black Bears, and watch the Salmon travel up the river to their Spawning Grounds.

Enjoy a fun filled day exploring a secluded saltwater inlet.

Swimming and snorkeling in a tidal saltwater basin with warm currents and abundant marine life.

Clam Digging, and Oyster gathering hike up to a breathtaking freshwater falls that cascade into the calm waters of the Pacific Ocean relax lazily on the shores of an inland lake or go for a dip in the sun warmed waters of Cassels Lake.

Toba River Glacier:

Join us in a river exploration tour that begins in the Pacific ocean outside our front door and takes you to a remote headwaters of the Toba River where the glacier stares down at you and the rivers first breath begins.

During our journey we often see feeding Black and Grizzly Bears, Bald Eagles, Cormorants, many species of Ducks, Black-tail Deer, Osprey, Harbor Seals, and Sea- Lions.

Enjoy Lunch on a sandy beach with cascading Waterfalls and the Glacier view as a backdrop.
