Hi. My name is Yossi Forkush, and if this isn’t bad enough I’m also a writer/director. Just finished the first Bmovie ever done in Israel, did great at the hospital close circuit market. Nominated for best decapitation scene, came second after FREDDY GOT FINGERED. After my big first success, I decided to move to bigger markets, hotels, airplanes, and maybe PBS. I have learned a lot about queries by subscribing to THE NATIONAL ENQUIRER, surprisingly learning that other people also were abducted by aliens, though not by Tom Green as I was. After great responses to my scripts from www.pay1500g’s-andI’lltellyouyourscriptsucks.com I really felt its time to let the world have a taste of me, so here I’m bothering you with my two feature length screenplays for which I downloaded FINAL DRAFT from KAZAA, uploaded to all freebies web sites, and had to make really excessive research, because as you can see, I am a serious writer. I’ll understand if you’ll pass me, I know things are not great at home, and those traffic jams over 405, and lets not talk about all those first time writer that think they just finished the next BATTLEFIELD EARTH. But you have to think about this for a sec, he might be the one, the one that might put the butter on my bread, not speaking about how hard it is to find a Jew in the movie business, it will actually make a statement about Hollywood and the minorities. I also don’t mind if you’ll just do it out of pity, its okay, I don’t mind. Sorry I’m talking too much, let me introduce a short description of my two scripts, CATCH and WORD, with this titles imagine how hard it was to fill 100 pages.
CATCH Genre: action thriller. 101 pages.
A hi-tech super terrorist locks a young Israeli attorney along with her 5-year old daughter inside a jeep, threatening to blow it up at sunrise. Now, together with a young Mossad agent, her ex husband, and a young reporter, they must stop the ticker and find the guy holding the trigger. CATCH is a high paced action thriller with serious human issues and a message, written by a former IDF bomb specialist.
