Capital Realty offers you a customer satisfying VIP Program – a package of relocation related services through our relationship with brand name companies. A two and a half day intensive learning experience that provides you the following comprehensive “One Stop and Shop” services:Day one (Half day) Airport pick-up and get-to-know meeting with the assigned Capital Realty Relocation Consultant. The client will be transported to the temporary housing and the program for the coming two days will be briefed and fine tuned. The client receives a hardcopy of the timetable and the destinations of the program for personal notes and attachments.Day two The Capital Realty Relocation Consultant picks the client up from the temporary housing and provides an Orientation Tour to this new hometown. Typical Orientation Tour destinations are; the International Schools, Chinese Language Schools, International Hospitals, The Embassy of the clients home country, Grocery Shopping etc¡­ You name it!

Day three The Capital Realty Relocation Consultant picks the client up from the temporary housing and provides a Housing Search Tour to destinations and available units earlier identified through the collaboration and Need Analysis. Additional days To smooth the start of your life in this new hometown, Capital Realty Relocation offers the possibility for additional support in the form of extra consulting.
