1.0 Rules of Conduct1.1All ROG pilots must have or download ICQ, MSN Messenger Service or AOL Instant Messenger. This is where we can communicate easily with one another.1.2Upon being accepted into ROG all Pilots must make a new Zone I.D. to signify they are ROG pilots. This will be ROG_YourName. E.g. ROG_Wedge1.3Any wars, tournaments, alliances, enemies, or other squad related events and decisions will be made by the CO (ROG_Solo) and no one else. If something requires a vote, it will be voted on at a meeting. In case of a tie vote the CO will cast the deciding vote.1.4MEETINGS: Meeting times are currently under discussion. Check the message boards for details. Meeting attendance is a must for all main roster pilots. If you do not attend meetings regularly you may be sent to the Reserves roster. If for some chance you cannot attend a meeting due to emergency or prior commitments, E-Mail Solo with your reason and it may be excused. SEE MEETING RULES BELOW.1.5All Pilots must submit a record of at least TWO games they have played PER MONTH. This will be important if you desire to move up in rank in the squad. This must be submitted to the ROG Database. If a pilot doesn’t submit at least TWO games records PER MONTH he may be moved into the Reserves roster. The main roster is for ACTIVE members only. The games submitted are allowed to be WoW games. If you have flown with another ROG member then you must decide who is to submit the games. These games will count for both of you, there is no need to submit duplicates. If you attend a practice then that will count as your required two games for the month. NOTE: Members who submit more than two games are more likely to advance in the group.1.6If a pilot wilfully has disregard for the rules, is using foul language, or harassing other squad mates, or pilots in the zone they will be reprimanded. We are here to have fun and make friends, not to act like maniacs. SEE PUNISHMENTS BELOW.1.7Pilots who want to be in Rogue Squadron must have a Jedi or above game rank to be accepted unless Solo chooses otherwise based on enthusiasm, or skills potential. Pilots must also take a test to see if they qualify as “Rogue material”.1.8If Solo is not available for some reason, he will hand temporary command to the XO or whoever he deems fit. You will take orders from him as if it were Solo until otherwise informed.1.9Solo and his high-ranking officers will resolve any disputes within, or outside of the squad. DO NOT take it upon yourselves to get involved in a name war with an idiot on the Zone. Direct the complaint to Solo and he will assign someone to take care of the matter.1.10Have fun. If for some reason a pilot wants to leave the squad he or she is welcome to do so. There are no guarantees they will be accepted back into the squad, so choose wisely. A pilot may wish to be reassigned to the Reserves roster if they have no time to play, however if the person is leaving the squad for another one, he will not be able to be “dormant” on the Reserves roster. One or the other. 2.1Meetings are for discussing ROG topics. Any personal topics (non ROG related) can be discussed before or after the meeting.2.2If you cannot make the meeting then come to ME or contact ME with your reason and you may be excused. DO NOT rely on someone else to pass the message along. That is unacceptable. Alternatively you may leave a message on the board if you are unable to attend.2.3A record will be kept of all-important meeting transcripts, as well as who attended and who was late.2.4Meetings will be held in the MSN Zone, either in a chat room or a game room. These will be hosted by ME, unless I appoint someone else to do so. Please report to the Zone at the meeting time. You will be told where to go when you log on to the Zone.2.5If I an unable to attend a meeting (or I will be late) then I will appoint someone else to hold the meeting.2.6When the meeting host asks for silence and order, the request WILL be complied with. If you wish to make a comment or ask a question you MUST request permission to speak and then wait for the request to be granted before speaking.2.7If someone talks out of turn/interrupts someone speaking, then that person’s name will be noted. Respect MUST be shown for fellow members when speaking. Continued interruptions may result in removal from the meeting.2.8Any rude behaviour or unnecessary bad language will not be tolerated. We have younger members to think about.2.9
